Reward rule clarity

Referral rewards are reviewed, not automatic.

Your referral code helps us track who introduced the customer. A reward may apply only after whether it qualifies checks are complete.

Tracked firstThe customer should start through your signed-in referral link or referral code before booking so the referral can be matched.
Reviewed laterRewards are checked after the job is eligible, completed, paid, and clear of repeat or dispute issues.
No promise upfrontReward examples are not a guaranteed payment, commission, employment, partnership, or automatic approval.
Dispute protection: one customer should not create competing referral claims. If there is a repeat, unclear permission, cancelled job, refund, chargeback, unpaid job, or policy issue, team reviews the record before any reward is approved.

To protect referral rewards, each share link must belong to a signed-up referrer account. This lets the system attach leads, status and rewards to the right person.

Safe rule: a direct public share URL does not unlock referral sharing. Sign-in protects the referrer, the customer and reward records.

How it works

4. A thank-you may applyIf they book and complete a paid job, you may receive up to 5% of the completed job value where the referral is eligible under our referral terms.
