How Business IT support works

  1. 1
    Tell us what happened

Choose the closest starting point and describe the problem in your own words.

  2. 2
We work out the next step

We use the business impact and technical context to decide what should happen next.

  3. 3
    You approve paid work

Ask for an assessment first, or authorise up to the first hour. No surprise open-ended work.

  4. 4
    Keep everything together

Messages, approvals, bookings and invoices stay connected in your Business Workspace.

Start with the business problem

What do you need help with?

Choose the closest option. We will ask only for the business context that helps us triage the request: what is affected, how much work is being interrupted, how urgent it is and whether anything important is at risk.

Something isn't working

Fix an IT Problem

Email, Microsoft 365, a computer, Wi-Fi, printer or business software is stopping someone from getting work done.

  • Tell us what is affected
  • Tell us whether one person or the wider business is affected
  • Describe what you see, not what you think the technical cause is

Check My Business IT

A practical health check for computers, Microsoft 365, accounts, Wi-Fi, backups and security, focused on what your business actually uses.

  • Choose the area worrying you most
  • Tell us your approximate team size
  • Get practical priorities rather than a large technical audit

Small business technology support

Help with the systems your business relies on every day.

You do not need an team-only IT department or a managed-service contract. We can help with one problem, one change, or a practical check of the setup you already have.

Microsoft 365 & business email

Outlook, Microsoft 365 accounts, licences, OneDrive, shared mailboxes, MFA, sign-in problems and access changes.

Business computers & devices

Slow or failing PCs and laptops, replacement planning, software installation, new devices and troubleshooting.

Wi-Fi, internet & printers

Office Wi-Fi, connectivity, linkrs, printers, scanners and network problems that interrupt work.

Backups & recovery

Find out where important files live, whether backups are working and how the business could recover from a failure.

New staff & staff leaving

Set up computers and accounts, assign the right access, and remove access safely when someone leaves.

Small business cyber basics

MFA, suspicious activity, account recovery, updates, staff access and practical steps to reduce avoidable risk.

Clear approval before paid work

When the job length is uncertain, you stay in control.

IT faults are not always predictable by the hour. Instead of pretending every problem can be quoted in advance, we use staged approval.

$150/hour including GST

Assessment first: send the problem for review without choosing a booking time or approving paid troubleshooting.

Or authorise the first hour: approve up to $150 inc GST after we accept and confirm the work. We ask again before exceeding that limit.

Need a larger troubleshooting ceiling? When an approved ceiling is recorded for the request, the Business Workspace can show that current approval. Paid work must stay within the authorised scope or ceiling until you approve a further stage.

Hourly troubleshooting vs a repair/project quote — see the difference →

Submitting a request does not itself take payment or confirm an appointment. Approval is separate from the Intent Score and from booking readiness.
Your Business Workspace

One place for the support history your business needs.

Once work starts, your Business Workspace keeps each request organised. Every job has its own Messages & updates area, so the conversation and decisions stay attached to the correct problem.

  • Messages & updatesThe conversation and updates stay with the correct request.
  • Work approvalsReview proposed work and approve the next stage when needed.
  • BookingsAppointment actions remain connected to the request.
  • Invoices & historyFollow invoices, completed requests and business support records in one place.
Not sure which IT option?

Just describe what the technology problem is doing to the business.

You do not need to diagnose it or choose a technical category. Describe what is affected and what you can no longer do; we will link it to the right IT or software path.

No contract required

Use us for one problem, a planned change or a practical IT review. A request does not lock you into ongoing support.

Business IT questions

Before you request help

Do I need an IT support contract?

No. Business IT support is available pay-as-you-go for one-off problems, checks and planned changes.

What if I do not know what is wrong?

Describe what you see and what the problem is stopping you from doing. You do not need to diagnose the technical cause.

How do you charge when you do not know how long a fault will take?

You can request an assessment first. If you want work to begin, you can authorise up to the first hour at $150 including GST; we ask again before going beyond that approved limit.

Can you help remotely and onsite?

Yes, depending on the problem and availability. Many Microsoft 365, email and software issues can be handled remotely; physical and network problems may need onsite or drop-off support.

Can you help with Microsoft 365 and business email?

Yes. Common work includes Outlook, Microsoft 365 accounts, licences, OneDrive, shared mailboxes, MFA, sign-in and access issues.

What happens if troubleshooting could take longer than the amount I approved?

We use the recorded approval boundary for that request. If more paid troubleshooting or a wider scope is needed, the next stage should be explained and approved before work goes beyond the current authorised amount or scope.

Where do messages, approvals and invoices go?

Business customers can use the Business Workspace. Each request has its own Messages & updates area, with related messages, booking actions, approvals and invoices kept together.
