What is separate from the package price?
Third-party charges stay visible so you know what your business is actually paying for. Microsoft 365 licences, domain registration, website hosting, paid plugins, advertising, premium stock assets, specialist copywriting and custom software integrations are separate unless the written scope includes them.
If you already own suitable services, we use or migrate what is practical rather than automatically replacing everything.

Do I have to sign a monthly IT support contract?
No. These are setup projects. Your accounts and systems are handed back to you, and future IT help can be requested when you need it.
Do I own my domain, Microsoft 365 account and website?
The setup is designed so business-critical accounts are created or transferred in your business name wherever the platform allows. You keep the relevant ownership and support team access.
Are Microsoft 365, domain and other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party licences, domain registrations, hosting and other subscriptions are separate unless your written proposal specifically includes them.
Can I choose the technology setup without a website?
Yes. Business Tech Setup is specifically for owners who want the domain, business email, Microsoft 365, cloud and device foundations but will build or already have a website separately.
What if I have already bought a domain or started setting things up?
That is fine. We review what you already have and keep suitable parts where practical rather than making you start again.
