Remote support may start from 30 minutes. Onsite support normally starts from 60 minutes. Small-business troubleshooting can use a customer-approved ceiling when the time is uncertain.
For dedicated Senior Tech Support, our reduced rate is $110/hour including GST. The normal technology-support rate remains $150/hour including GST. A 60-minute senior home-help visit is $110; a 90-minute senior confidence session is $165; eligible 30-minute remote senior support is $55.
Repairs, replacement parts, refurbished laptops, pickup/return and separately scoped work are priced separately where applicable. We explain the pricing basis before paid work starts.
