No compulsory monthly support plan
We do not require a recurring per-user support contract. After the agreed setup or service update is handed over, future support can be requested as a separate job when needed.

Number of users
More users, aliases and shared mailboxes mean more setup and testing.
Mailbox size & source
Large mailboxes or older/limited hosting systems can require extra service update time or tooling.
Domain access
If nobody can access the registrar or DNS, ownership recovery may need to happen before the email cutover.
Files & collaboration
Large Google Drive, SharePoint or Teams service updates are separate from a straightforward email service update unless included in writing.

Before we change your email
Do I need a monthly IT contract?
No. This is a project-based setup or service update service. You do not need an ongoing monthly IT support contract.
Are Microsoft 365 licences included?
No. Microsoft licences, domains and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless a written proposal specifically includes them.
Can you migrate email from Google Workspace or hosting email?
Yes, where the existing system and account access allow it. We first confirm user count, mailbox size, source platform and domain access so the cutover can be scoped safely.
Will I keep support team access?
Yes. The handover is designed so the business retains appropriate support team and recovery access rather than being permanently dependent on us.
