What is not automatically included
Standard Website Care is intentionally narrower than a custom development project. Larger jobs are discussed first, then quoted separately so there are no surprises.
Major redesign or new templates
New page systems, significant layout redesign, large content builds and major service updates are separate project work.
Custom functions & integrations
Ecommerce, booking systems, customer records integrations, APIs, custom PHP/plugins and complex forms are quoted separately.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, premium licences, paid plugins, advertising, AI/API usage and third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly quoted.
No unused-time rollover
Included monthly website-change time resets each month. It does not accumulate, convert to cash or become credit for another service.
Your website stays yours
Customer ownership is part of the service design.
Where reasonably practical, your business owns and controls the domain, WordPress website, hosting and key accounts. If Website Care ends, the website remains yours; our routine maintenance, monitoring and monthly change allowance stop.
For an existing WordPress site, we first check the theme, plugins, hosting, backups, licences, admin access and obvious security issues. Cleanup or service update may need to be quoted before ongoing care starts.
Monthly change time
Up to 1 hour of minor website changes each month. Routine care tasks such as standard WordPress updates and health checks do not normally reduce that customer-requested change allowance.
Time required to correct an error directly caused by our Website Care work is not deducted from the included change allowance.

What counts as a minor website change?
Examples include changing supplied text or images, updating opening hours or contact details, adding a supplied testimonial, adjusting a button, making a small layout change or updating an existing service section. New systems, major redesigns and substantial new pages are quoted separately.
Does unused website-change time roll over?
No. Included change time resets each month and does not accumulate, convert to credit or exchange for another service.
Do I own the website and domain?
Yes. The aim is for the customer to own and control the domain, website, hosting and important business accounts wherever reasonably practical.
Is hosting included in the $169 monthly price?
No. Domain registration, hosting, paid licences, premium plugins and third-party subscriptions are separate unless they are expressly included in a written quote.
Can I cancel Website Care?
Website Care is intended to be month-to-month after launch with 30 days notice, subject to the Website Care Terms and Australian Consumer Law. The website remains yours when care ends.
Can you take over an existing WordPress website?
Possibly. We first check the WordPress version, theme, plugins, licences, hosting, backups, security and admin access. Cleanup or service update work may be required before an existing site can be accepted into Website Care.
