A customer in Wollert often hears friends talk about slow laptops, phone charging problems, scam messages and Wi-Fi dropouts. Instead of trying to fix those issues themselves, they share their referral link. The referred person starts Quick Help, Your IT & Tech Mates handles the support process, and the referrer may earn a reward if the job becomes eligible, completed, paid and reviewed.
They did not diagnose any problem. They did not promise any price. They simply passed on a trusted recommendation — and the system tracked it properly.
Most people feel safer choosing a repair or IT support business when someone they trust has recommended it. A family member, neighbour, support worker or local business owner may notice someone needs help before that person knows where to start.
The referral program turns that word-of-mouth moment into a simple link or form. You can share Your IT & Tech Mates with someone who needs computer repairs, phone repairs, Wi-Fi help, scam safety support or business IT help.
The purpose is trust first. Rewards are a thank-you, not a guarantee and not a job offer.
Create a referral link through the referral page. That link can be shared by SMS, email, WhatsApp, social media, QR code, flyer or normal conversation. If the customer opens the referral link and starts Quick Help, the referral code is applied automatically.
Permission matters. Do not submit someone without their knowledge. Do not use harvested contact lists. A good referral feels like a helpful recommendation, not pressure. The safest message to share: “These are the local tech people I mentioned. Start here if you need help.”
