Campus helper onboarding path

Use the existing ambassador and campus routes to become a safe campus connector.

This page helps campus helpers choose the right existing path. It does not create a separate application, approval, referral, reward or campus job system.

Start with the suitability checklist

You are a connector firstA campus helper points people to official help paths. You are not automatically a technician, tutor, staff member or payment collector.
You can follow privacy rulesDo not collect passwords, banking codes, private files, one-time codes, medical details or screenshots with sensitive information.
You understand academic integrityCampus help can support setup, confidence and guidance. It must not help someone cheat, impersonate a student or submit work for them.
You will use approved routesUse the existing ambassador, campus, referral and Quick Help links so staff can review risk and next steps.

Existing onboarding path

Read the campus helper guide.
Check the boundaries before sharing links or speaking with students and local communities.
Open the existing campus ambassador route.
Use the current campus ambassador surface rather than a separate campus helper form.
Use the existing signup and onboarding pages.
The current ambassador onboarding path remains the source of truth for applications and review.
Wait for staff review before representing the service.
Approval, suitability, campus fit, provider upgrades and any reward eligibility remain staff-controlled.

What campus helpers must not promise

No guaranteed incomeDo not promise reward amounts, payment timing, commissions, jobs or future work.
No guaranteed service outcomeDo not promise pricing, speed, availability, fixes, provider assignment or urgent response.
No private troubleshootingDo not take over accounts, ask for passwords or run unsupervised device work outside the approved path.
No bypassing reviewStudents and customers must stay inside existing intake, referral, Quick Help and staff review flows.

Which existing route should you use?

Someone needs tech help nowSend them to Campus Help or Quick Help so staff can review the request.
You want to share a referralUse the existing referral or student-referral route so source tracking stays in the current system.
You are working with a campus groupUse the current campus partner path, not a new partner intake process.
You need capability labelsUse the existing campus helper skill-tag surface. Do not create a separate badge or certificate path.

Staff review stays in the middle

Campus helper onboarding should remain connected to the current ambassador approval, campus partner, skill tag, student campus help and referral review surfaces. The safest next action is to start with the existing campus signup route.

This page adds guidance and route linkage only. Existing ambassador, campus, referral, partner, skill-tag and Quick Help systems remain the source of truth.

Not sure where to go next?

Use the ambassador and campus helper path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, dashboard guidance and help handoff without starting a duplicate flow.

Trust evidence

What our trust notes mean

Reviews, referral proof, warranty notes and provider trust signals are shown only after staff have evidence to support them.

Please do not share passwords, banking codes, PINs or one-time codes in any request.
