Status and referral path

Referral progress starts in the existing ambassador tools.

This page does not create a new dashboard or tracking system. It shows ambassadors where to check sharing, referral attribution, customer handoff and approved next steps using the current routes.

What not to do

Do not create a private trackerUse the approved dashboard and referral routes. Do not keep passwords, job notes or personal customer details in your own spreadsheet.
Do not promise a rewardRewards and local income depend on approved rules, valid referrals and staff review.
Do not bypass Quick HelpCustomers should use the official pathway so safety, privacy and service review remain intact.
Do not claim staff statusAmbassadors are connectors unless separately approved for a provider or staff role.

Next actions

Choose the existing route that matches what you need. These links are the bridge between the public ambassador explanation, approved referral sharing and staff-reviewed customer handoff.

This status map is public guidance only. It does not replace staff review, attribution rules, referral duplicate prevention, reward review, reward clarity or support handling.

Not sure where to go next?

Use the ambassador and campus helper path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, dashboard guidance and help handoff without starting a duplicate flow.

Before you take part

Before you take part: Opportunity, referral, provider, job-board, ambassador, invoice and payment pathways are designed to help people explore suitable work, introductions, customer support, referral, project, provider or service opportunities. They do not guarantee jobs, income, referrals, rewards, reviews, approvals, ongoing work, payment timing or customer outcomes. Participation does not automatically create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership or franchise relationship with thefixers.app or Your IT & Tech Mates unless a separate written agreement says so. Each person must only accept suitable tasks, use official payment and support pathways, follow safety and guidance rules, avoid overpromising, and meet any tax, legal, licensing, campus, age, consent or parent/guardian requirements that apply.
