Reward clarity, not a payout system
Rewards are reviewed, not automatic.
TheFixers.app can support local income through approved referrals, but guaranteed income is not guaranteed. This page explains the existing review path and points ambassadors back to the current dashboard, reward review and referral tools.
How local income can become reviewable
An approved ambassador shares an approved route.
Use the ambassador dashboard, share-code tools or referral share route. Do not collect private details outside the platform.
The customer chooses to continue.
The customer accepts the referral and can move through Quick Help or the existing customer pathway.
The referral is checked.
Attribution, duplicate prevention, self-referral risk, privacy concerns and customer consent can all affect eligibility.
Reward review happens in admin tools.
Existing reward review and percentage reward helpers remain the source of truth. This page does not approve or calculate a payout.
Any payment remains manual and rule-based.
A reward can be delayed, refused, reversed or held if the referral does not meet the approved rules.

Suggested wording ambassadors can use
I can share an approved TheFixers.app referral link. If you choose to request help, the team will review the request and let you know the next step. Any ambassador reward is handled separately under the program rules, so I cannot promise payment, pricing, timing or outcomes.
Keep this wording calm and transparent. Never pressure a customer to book just so a reward might become reviewable.
Not sure where to go next?
Use the ambassador and campus helper path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, dashboard guidance and help handoff without starting a duplicate flow.
Before you take part
Before you take part: Opportunity, referral, provider, job-board, ambassador, invoice and payment pathways are designed to help people explore suitable work, introductions, customer support, referral, project, provider or service opportunities. They do not guarantee jobs, income, referrals, rewards, reviews, approvals, ongoing work, payment timing or customer outcomes. Participation does not automatically create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership or franchise relationship with thefixers.app or Your IT & Tech Mates unless a separate written agreement says so. Each person must only accept suitable tasks, use official payment and support pathways, follow safety and guidance rules, avoid overpromising, and meet any tax, legal, licensing, campus, age, consent or parent/guardian requirements that apply.
