Ambassador rewards and activity reviews help keep the network fair. Customer referral reward review stays protected at 5%. A Zone Leader who introduces a provider may be reviewed for 2% on that provider's first valid job and 1% on the next four valid jobs. All rewards remain checked before approval, and Zone Leaders must stay active to keep their standing.
A Building Captain introduces a provider and also shares a customer referral link. If the provider completes the first valid job and the customer referral is valid, admin may review both parts under the normal cap. No money is paid automatically.
Rewards can motivate Ambassadors, but unclear rewards create trust risk. The safest model is to calculate possible referral terms, then send it to admin for approval.
Customer referral reward review is protected at 5%. Provider introduction reward review can be 2% on the first valid job and 1% on the next four. These are review rules, not automatic payment promises.
A Zone Leader should not lock a suburb and then disappear. The system can use a 30-day activation check, a 60-day at-risk flag and a 90-day formal review window.
Rewards may be held if the Ambassador is inactive, under review, connected to a duplicate conflict, linked to poor-quality referrals or subject to a complaint.
Keep local activity recorded, share approved links and let the team review any reward question manually and fairly.
