How We Make a Business Website Easier for AI Assistants to Understand
We give AI assistants a clear public guide to our real services, tools and next steps, so they are more likely to find the same information customers see on the website.

Quick answer
We give AI assistants a clear public guide to our real services, tools and next steps, so they are more likely to find the same information customers see on the website.
The practical problem
AI assistants can misunderstand a business when important services, prices and next steps are scattered across many pages. Creating hidden pages just for AI would make that worse because those pages could drift away from what customers actually see.
What we built
We added a simple public guide that points AI assistants to the same real service, pricing, tool and QuoteMe pages people use. We also provide structured public information that describes those pages without creating a second version of the website.
How the workflow works
- An AI assistant can find our public website guide.
- The guide points to real service, pricing, tool and QuoteMe pages.
- Structured public information describes those pages in a consistent way.
- The assistant still lands on the same public pages a customer can open and check.
- Nothing in this guide can submit a request or make a customer decision.
Where AI is useful
This work helps outside AI assistants find clearer public information. It does not need AI to write new answers on our website.
Where AI is not allowed to decide
The public guide cannot submit QuoteMe, open Private Help, approve paid work, decide NDIS funding or create a new service. Those actions stay with the normal website and people.
Security, privacy and cost controls
Only public information is included. Private customer details, passwords, hidden prompts and private system addresses stay private. The normal search and website rules still apply.
What another small business can take from this
For another business, start by making sure each service, price and customer action has one clear public home. Then make any AI-friendly information point back to those same pages.
What this does not prove
Clearer public information can help an AI assistant understand the business, but it cannot guarantee that another company will rank, quote or display the business in a particular way.

Frequently asked questions
Does this create special hidden pages for AI?
No. The guide points to the same real public pages customers use.
Can an AI assistant submit QuoteMe from this guide?
No. QuoteMe still needs the customer to review and submit their request.
Does this publish private customer information?
No. The AI-friendly guide contains public business information only.
Will this guarantee better rankings in AI search?
No. It can make public facts easier to understand, but outside search and AI services make their own ranking decisions.
Why keep one public source?
It reduces the chance that customers, search engines and AI assistants see conflicting information.
