Plain-English task
Describe the device, goal and practical problem.

Our existing NDIS QuoteMe pathway can organise the request and show up to three possible matches from the current Support Catalogue snapshot manually approved by YITM staff.
Describe the device, goal and practical problem.
Review up to three possible matches, or choose none.
The participant and plan contact check plan, budget and claim requirements; YITM reviews the actual scope and fixed quote.
A useful request should make the technology scope understandable before anyone tries to decide which catalogue item or claim path may fit.
What does the participant need the device, connection or accessibility feature to do?
What setup, troubleshooting, repair or coaching is actually being requested?
YITM can provide a reviewed scope, fixed quote before paid work and an itemised invoice. The plan manager keeps the normal payment and claim checks.
Potentially, yes. Current NDIS guidance allows plan-managed participants to choose registered or unregistered providers. YITM is not registered, and the support still needs to fit the participant's plan and current NDIS rules.
No. QuoteMe can show a shortlist of possible Support Catalogue matches from the current staff-approved snapshot. The participant and plan-management process keep the funding, budget, payment and claim decisions.
Start with the participant's technology goal, device, practical problem, suburb and any relevant service context. For the first request, there is usually no need to send the whole plan or unrelated medical information.
Where the service arrangement is suitable, YITM can prepare a reviewed fixed quote and itemised invoice. The plan manager remains responsible for their normal provider-payment and claim checks.
No. YITM is not an NDIS-registered provider, so NDIA-managed NDIS funding is not offered as a YITM payment pathway.
