TheFixers is the customer entry point for local technology help. Your IT & Tech Mates helps review, coordinate and deliver requests safely.
You only need to start one request. Staff keep the right Quick Help, referral or support context attached behind the scenes.
Help neighbours find real tech help.
TheFixers.app ambassadors introduce people to the existing help pathway. You share approved referral links and plain-English guidance. The customer still chooses what to share, and staff review the request before work, payment or provider assignment starts.
What ambassadors do
Who this is suitable for
Ambassador sharing can suit community organisers, students, local business owners, neighbourhood helpers, support coordinators and trusted connectors who already hear about tech problems from people around them.
It is not a way to bypass provider checks, collect customer details privately, promise urgent attendance or guarantee paid work.
Already sharing?
Use the status map to find the existing ambassador dashboard, share-code, attribution and referral dashboard routes. It does not create a new tracker; it points you back to the approved tools.
Ready to apply?
Use the eligibility wrapper first, then continue into the existing ambassador-network onboarding form. This keeps signup, zone review, share-code review and admin approval in the current system.
How a referral is reviewed
The link points into the existing referral path, not a duplicate flow.
They choose what to tell TheFixers.app and can continue to Quick Help when ready.
Your IT & Tech Mates helps check safety, suitability, privacy and next steps before work proceeds.
Any eligible reward or local income pathway follows approved rules after valid referral activity is reviewed.
Reward and local income clarity
Rewards are reviewed, not automatic. Read the plain-English local income rules before sharing, so customers are not pressured and ambassadors do not promise payment, timing or outcomes.
Trust and safety rules
Local income and rewards
The footer promise says trusted referrals and local income because good introductions can help local people find support and can create approved earning pathways. Rewards are not automatic. They depend on the current program rules, valid referral tracking, completed review steps and any checks required by staff.
This page explains the pathway. It does not create an employment offer, franchise offer, guaranteed work allocation or guaranteed commission.
Not sure where to go next?
Use the ambassador and campus helper path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, dashboard guidance and help handoff without starting a duplicate flow.
What our trust notes mean
Reviews, referral proof, warranty notes and provider trust signals are shown only after staff have evidence to support them.
- Trust claims are shown only when there is recorded evidence.
- Referral proof never exposes private customer or referrer details.
- Warranty wording only appears when the scope and support path are clear.
- Provider signals help staff and customers understand readiness; they do not create automatic assignment or bidding.
Please do not share passwords, banking codes, PINs or one-time codes in any request.
