Eligibility before onboarding

Start as an ambassador with a quick suitability check.

This short check explains the conduct, privacy and referral expectations before you continue to the official ambassador onboarding form.

Basic suitability checklist

You make warm introductions. You help people find the official referral or Quick Help pathway instead of taking private details yourself.
You can follow approved wording. You do not promise pricing, attendance time, certain outcomes, employment or payment.
You respect privacy. You do not ask for passwords, banking codes, one-time login codes, private files or unnecessary sensitive information.
You accept team reviews.Applications, referrals, share codes, zones and rewards can be checked before anything is approved.

Conduct expectations

Ambassadors are trusted connectors, not automatically verified technicians, sales agents, team members or payment collectors. The onboarding form asks for your contact details, pathway, area and share-code request so suitability can be checked.

Do not claim official school, campus, building, organisation or partner endorsement unless Your IT & Tech Mates has approved that wording.

What happens after you continue

You use the ambassador onboarding form.
The form collects the details needed for a team review.
The request is reviewed.
Staff can check your requested role, zone, share code, privacy expectations and any notes.
Approved sharing uses approved tools.
Referral sharing, share codes and QR assets stay inside the approved ambassador and referral pathway.
Rewards remain rule-based.
Local income or reward eligibility is never promised and depends on the approved program rules.

Not sure where to go next?

Use the ambassador and campus support page path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, room guidance and help handoff without starting a repeat flow.

Before referring or sharing

Before you refer or share: referrals are for friendly introductions only. They do not guarantee jobs, income, rewards, priority service or ongoing work. Any thank-you reward is checked by our team, and customers should never be pressured, misled or told a reward is guaranteed.
