Eligibility before onboarding
Start as an ambassador with a quick suitability check.
This short check explains the conduct, privacy and referral expectations before you continue to the official ambassador onboarding form.
Basic suitability checklist
You make warm introductions. You help people find the official referral or Quick Help pathway instead of taking private details yourself.
You can follow approved wording. You do not promise pricing, attendance time, guaranteed outcomes, employment or payment.
You respect privacy. You do not ask for passwords, banking codes, one-time login codes, private files or unnecessary sensitive information.
You accept staff review.Applications, referrals, share codes, zones and rewards can be checked before anything is approved.
Conduct expectations
Ambassadors are trusted connectors, not automatically verified technicians, sales agents, staff members or payment collectors. The onboarding form asks for your contact details, pathway, area and share-code request so the team can review suitability.
Do not claim official school, campus, building, organisation or partner endorsement unless Your IT & Tech Mates has approved that wording.
What happens after you continue
You use the ambassador onboarding form.
The form collects the details needed for staff review.
The request is reviewed.
Staff can check your requested role, zone, share code, privacy expectations and any notes.
Approved sharing uses approved tools.
Referral sharing, share codes and QR assets stay inside the approved ambassador and referral pathway.
Rewards remain rule-based.
Local income or reward eligibility is never guaranteed and depends on the approved program rules.
Not sure where to go next?
Use the ambassador and campus helper path guide to move between the existing explain pages, onboarding, referral tools, dashboard guidance and help handoff without starting a duplicate flow.
Before you take part
Before you take part: Opportunity, referral, provider, job-board, ambassador, invoice and payment pathways are designed to help people explore suitable work, introductions, customer support, referral, project, provider or service opportunities. They do not guarantee jobs, income, referrals, rewards, reviews, approvals, ongoing work, payment timing or customer outcomes. Participation does not automatically create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership or franchise relationship with thefixers.app or Your IT & Tech Mates unless a separate written agreement says so. Each person must only accept suitable tasks, use official payment and support pathways, follow safety and guidance rules, avoid overpromising, and meet any tax, legal, licensing, campus, age, consent or parent/guardian requirements that apply.
