Should I buy a mesh system first?

Usually not before checking the problem. A Home Connection Check can identify whether mesh, better placement or a simpler fix is appropriate.

Can you connect a school laptop and printer?

Yes, where the customer has authorised access and the school does not block the required configuration.

Will you need the Wi-Fi password?

The customer can enter it where practical. We do not retain passwords after the work.

Is equipment included in the price?

No. New routers, mesh units, cables, adapters and other equipment are quoted separately.
