Referral rewards are reviewed, not automatic.

Your referral code helps us track who introduced the customer. A reward may apply only after whether it qualifies checks are complete.

Tracked firstThe customer should start through your signed-in referral link or referral code before booking so the referral can be matched.
Reviewed laterRewards are checked after the job is eligible, completed, paid, and clear of repeat or dispute issues.
No promise upfrontReward examples are not a guaranteed payment, commission, employment, partnership, or automatic approval.
Dispute protection: one customer should not create competing referral claims. If there is a repeat, unclear permission, cancelled job, refund, chargeback, unpaid job, or policy issue, team reviews the record before any reward is approved.

How we keep referrals fair

You stay in control. Referrals are checked so the person who shared the link is only thanked when the rules allow it.

Do not refer yourselfA thank-you is for sending someone else to friendly tech help, not for your own booking.
One real request is enoughDo not create the same booking more than once or ask someone to submit fake details.
Only completed work can countA thank-you may not apply if the job is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, unsuitable or does not go ahead.
