Provider rules

I will not bypass Your IT and Tech Mates, ask customers to cancel, or request direct off-platform payment for managed jobs.

I will only complete the approved scope and will request approval for additional work.

I will protect customer privacy and will not request private access/security details through public/customer notes.

I understand provider payments are manual and depend on admin approval, payment confirmation and job risk.

I understand expired insurance or business registration can pause my provider account until re-verified.

I understand Tax File Numbers are not collected and must not be uploaded.
