Honest feedback · no incentives

Reviews and private feedback.

Customer feedback helps us understand what was clear, what could improve and whether the next step was handled respectfully. Reviews should always reflect the customer’s genuine experience.

Our review-request standard.

Ask only after a real interaction

A review request should relate to a genuine completed service or meaningful support interaction.

Ask for an honest review

We do not tell customers what rating to select or what words to use.

No reward for reviews

We do not offer discounts, referral payments, gifts or priority service in exchange for posting, changing or removing a review.

Private feedback remains available

A customer can contact us directly instead of posting publicly, especially where personal details or an unresolved concern are involved.

No review gating

We do not direct only satisfied customers to public review platforms while hiding that option from others.

Privacy comes first

Customers should not publish passwords, serial numbers, account details, addresses, private messages or sensitive support information.

Useful points a customer may choose to mention.

These are optional prompts, not requested wording.

  • Was the issue explained in a way you could understand?
  • Were scope, costs and approval handled clearly?
  • Did the support feel patient and respectful?
  • Were privacy and safety boundaries explained?
  • What could we improve next time?
Need to raise a concern? Contact Your IT & Tech Mates directly with the job or request reference where available. Do not include passwords, PINs, banking codes or sensitive identity information in a public review.
