These tags explain what a student, helper or provider has shown they can do. They are written for customers, parents, providers and future employers, not just internal teams.

Simple rule

The system can suggest a tag. Evidence checks confirm it. Higher trust tags need stronger proof.

Tags are based on checked profile details, practice activity, Quick Help activity, job notes, customer feedback, provider feedback or team evidence.
