Assuming you spend 10 hours a day in the bedroom. 40 *10 = 400 milli Joules or 0.4J. For comparison, 4.184 J of heat is required to raise the temperature of 1 g of water by 1 ℃. Since the human body is mostly water and assuming you are 50kg, your body will get heated up by 0.1/(50000) = 0.000002 degrees Celcius. It is almost insignificant to your body.
