Providers can see how much service credit has been generated, used, available and pending for their organisation or community.

How provider referrals work

  1. Provider receives a referral code, QR link or printable flyer.
  2. Provider shares the link only with permission and without pressure.
  3. The referred customer chooses whether to start a Quick Help or provider pickup request.
  4. Admin reviews eligibility after the job is completed, paid, held and cleared.
  5. Approved reward value becomes organisation service credit unless admin has approved a different reward type.

Safeguards

Provider referrals must be permission-based. Staff must not pressure residents, families, parents, students, staff or clients. Referral credit should be disclosed where relevant. Do not submit medical details, student-sensitive details, private access details or banking information in referral or pickup forms.
