Student proof and Live Resume policy

Plain-English rules for Proof Builder, SkillStack, MateCard, Live Resume, employer-safe summaries, campus proof, reviews, sign-off and beginner task labels.

Last updated: 2 July 2026

Your legal rights still apply. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

1. What student proof is for

Student proof helps students record safe task experience, learning, sign-off, reviews and skill growth. It is designed to help students explain what they did and what they learned.

Student proof does not guarantee employment, income, course credit, placement, visa outcomes, professional qualification, future work or a job offer.

2. What can be saved as proof

3. Privacy rules for proof

Proof must not include customer names, addresses, phone numbers, school details, passwords, banking details, account screens, device serial numbers, private photos, private screenshots or private messages unless a proper permission and review process applies.

We may edit, hide, review, reject or remove proof if it contains private, unsafe, misleading or unverifiable information.

4. Employer-safe summaries

Employer-safe summaries are designed to show skill growth without exposing private customer details. They may describe the task type, skill used, sign-off status, review status and what the student is ready to try next.

They are not professional licences, formal qualifications or guaranteed competency certifications unless expressly stated.

5. Campus and beginner task safety

Campus help should happen only in safe public or supervised locations such as a library, lab, student hub, support desk or supervised classroom. Browser location check-in is one-time only for this feature. We do not use continuous tracking.

Beginner-friendly labels are guidance only. Students must stop and ask for help if a task becomes unsafe, private, pressured, unclear or outside their ability.

6. Academic integrity

Students must not complete assignments, tests, exams, graded work, impersonation tasks or academic work for another person. Student help must support learning, setup, organisation, explanation or safe practical assistance only.

7. Account access

Students must keep login details and MFA codes private. Students must not share accounts, access another person’s dashboard, scrape private pages or try to bypass access controls.

If you have already paid money, shared banking details, entered a password, installed remote access software, lost access to an account, or believe a device or account is compromised, treat it as urgent and contact your bank, relevant provider, official authorities or a qualified professional as appropriate.
