I tested the approved Quick Help message in a local student group. Campus QR code and student share link. Two people asked about slow Wi-Fi and one asked about laptop cleanup. The local audience seems to understand plain-English examples better than broad tech support wording. I recorded the source and would use the same approved wording again without promising a guaranteed result.
