Provider Skill Tags
A0000292 adds evidence-based skill tags for providers and technicians. Tags should reflect repeated completed work and good customer outcomes, not profile claims. This does not create public ranking, bidding, automatic dispatch, automatic payouts or reward automation.

Add completed-job evidence
Use this after a provider has real completed jobs and good reviews. A tag only activates after admin approval and threshold checks. Example: 5 computer-fix jobs + 3 good reviews + 4.5 average rating can earn Verified PC Fixer.
